Plot where you are in the different categories: 0 is your worst and 100 is the best you could be.
You may not have a career so think about looking after children/grandchildren or being on a committee or charity work?
If you just love what you do in that category ,you may be at a 90.
The stress category is round the wrong way, by that I mean if you are stressed, out you will have a low score and 90 is you really are the most relaxed person possible.
What you will find is, as you plot each category, you will probably be out of balance, and by using the ER Quality Life System or the Look Better Book, you can start to get your life in a more even keel.
By working through the issues you can turn your life around and have the quality of life you deserve.
